Update, now i got locked out of my office because the stupid app keeps asking me for my passwd (yes i am typing in the correct username/passwd, because if i get them wrong, the app will display an error). I sent Tapkey support a video of the problem but they were no help. A key (physical or electonic) is a key, if it can't open the lock its useless! I am now trying to get the property manager to get the tapkey lock replaced with a mechanical one"

"So far so good! Unlocking via Bluetooth is a breeze. I like how the lock sycs the access log via users that unlock with their smartphone. I only wish that the lock would also sync its status (primarily: battery level) to the Lock's info page."
